Flue Gas Treatment

A dry-type flue gas cleaning plant is installed after the boiler of each incineration unit. Hydrated lime powder is injected at the entrance of the fabric filter of the flue gas duct to reduce the concentration of acidic gases.

The bag filter consisting of 8 compartments of fabric filter is installed for each incinerator. To eliminate dust partially and all harmful substance in the flue gas only 7 compartments of the fabric filter is sufficient and the other compartment is used for the purpose of blow down.
